Welcome to Enclique! Your privacy is very important to us, and we carefully protect your personal information and data you manage through the Enclique Web Platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the measures we take to protect it. This Privacy Policy is in accordance with applicable global privacy laws, such as the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (also known as COPPA) and outlines our practices regarding information collected from and about all users (including minor children) who use Enclique Web Platform.

The information provided in this document is for informational purposes only. We will not be liable for its availability, accuracy or usefulness.

Throughout this Privacy Policy document we use the terms:

  • ‘Personal information’ to mean information about yourself such as your name, date of birth (for age determination), address, mobile/phone number, email, gender etc.
  • ‘Data’ to mean your records
    • For Enclique community Service users this could mean your program participation history, approval history etc.,
    • For Enclique Merchant Service users this could mean your program administration/management history

Enclique Web Platform comprises of the following services:

  1. Enclique Merchant Service (for organizations/Institutions)
  2. Enclique Community Service (for community members/volunteers/program participants)

1. Information we request from Enclique Merchant Service users

When you register your organization with us, we ask you to furnish information about your organization such as name of the Organization, address, EIN etc. We also request the following personal information from you:

  • Every user joining the Enclique Platform under your organizational account is requested to furnish us with some personal information. They must select a username and password to log into the Enclique Web Platform. We request you to furnish us with some personal information about yourself like your name, date of birth, e-mail, mobile number, and any other custom information (that is important for you or your organization in our optional fields).
  • Every site (location) you configure for your programs must have an address and a start date (when programs will start being offered at that location)
  • Every organization registered on the Enclique Web Platform is required to share their EIN with us to help us perform some basic verification. The organization is then assigned a unique moniker, which will help us identify every transaction that originates from that organization.
1.1 How do we gather your personal information and data?

We obtain all personal information about you from what you provide us on our web platform. We obtain your data from your activities history on our web platform.

We collect your personal information and data to be able to provide you with service offerings and tools that cater to yours as well as your organization’s  needs and requirements.

1.3  How do we use your personal information/data?

We use your email and mobile phone number to:

  • communicate with you about your activity sessions. 
  • occasionally send you reminders of your upcoming activity sessions.
  • perform email and mobile verification (when you reset your password or update your information on Enclique Web Platform)

Your username and computer IP address are logged along with transactional data in our logs to help us identify and fix technical and program related issues when they arise.

1.4  Who can see your personal information/data?
  • When an Enclique Community Service user engages with your organization, and enrolls in your activities on the Enclique Platform, you permit Enclique to share some information about your organization and you with the user and their parent/legal guardian (in case of a minor child below the age of 18). Your name, email, mobile number, and any custom information you provide us in optional fields are occasionally shared with other users in your organization and Enclique Community Service users who use our Web Platform.
  • Enclique Administrators may be able to see some of your personal information/data/organizational data while resolving technical issues

2. Information we request from Enclique Community Service users

When you register with us, we ask you to furnish some personal information about yourself such as your name, date of birth (for age determination), address, mobile number (optional), e-mail, gender etc. We also ask you to select a username and password to log into the Enclique Web Platform.

We obtain all this personal information from what you provide us on our web platform. We obtain your data from your activities history on our web platform.

2.2 Why do you gather your personal information and data?

We collect your personal information to be able to provide you with services and community engagement opportunities that cater to your  needs and requirements.

2.3 How do we use your personal information/data?

We use your email and mobile phone number to:

  • communicate with you about your activity sessions. 
  • occasionally send you reminders of your upcoming activity sessions.
  • Verify email and mobile number(when you reset your password or update your information on Enclique Web Platform)

2.3 Who can see your personal information/data?
  • When you engage with an organization on the Enclique Platform, and you enroll in activities with that organization, you permit Enclique to share your information with the organization and their staff. In this case Enclique will share with them some of your personal information and data. Your name, email, mobile number, gender, date of birth, and any custom information you provide us in optional fields are shared with organizations you choose to engage with on the Enclique Web Platform.
  • Enclique Administrators may be able to see some of your personal information/data while resolving technical and program issues

3. For Enclique Community Service users who are parent/legal guardians of minor children below the age of 18

We require all of the following:

  • that one parent or a legal guardian set up the minor child’s Enclique account, and help them operate it..
  • that at least one parent set up an Enclique account that is linked (shadow account) with the minor child user’s account
  • that the parent/legal guardian furnish us with their name, mobile number, email, date of birth (for age determination), gender, minor child’s name, minor child’s date of birth, minor child’s email,  minor child’s gender, and minor child’s mobile number (optional).

The minor child’s account can link multiple accounts for more than one parent/legal guardian to follow their activities on the Enclique Web Platform. The minor child’s account can also remove all but one parent/legal guardian linked accounts.

All parent/legal guardian accounts that shadow a minor child’s account can view all of the child’s activities, personal information and data.

3.1 How do we gather your minor child’s and your personal information and data?

We obtain all personal information about you and your minor child from what you/your minor child provide us on our web platform. We obtain your data from your minor child’s activities history on our web platform. 

3.2 Why do we gather your minor child’s  personal information and data?

We collect your personal information, and your minor child’s personal information and data to be able to provide them with services and community engagement opportunities that cater to yours as well as your minor child’s  needs and requirements.

3.3 How do we use your/your minor child’s personal information/data?

We use your email, mobile phone number, your minor child’s email and minor child’s mobile number to:

  • communicate with you and them (the minor child) about their  activity sessions. 
  • occasionally send you reminders of their upcoming program sessions.
  • verify e-mail and mobile(when they reset their password or update information on Enclique Web Platform)

Yours and your  minor child’s username and computer IP address are logged along with transactional data in our logs to help us identify and fix technical and program related issues when they arise.

3.4 Who can see your/your minor child’s personal information/data?
  • When your minor child below the age of 18 engages with an organization on the Enclique Platform, and enroll in activities with that organization, you permit Enclique to share some of  your personal information and your minor child’s personal information and data with the organization and their employees. Your minor child’s name, email, mobile number, gender, date of birth, and any custom information you provide us in optional fields are shared with organizations you choose to engage with on the Enclique Web Platform.
  • Enclique Administrators may be able to see your/your minor child’s and your  personal information/data while resolving technical or program related issues.

4. How does Enclique manage your data?

Enclique 

  • encrypts your password
  • saves all your personal information and data in a database that is securely maintained by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

5. Your California Rights

Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Protection Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to request access, modify, delete  their Personal Information/data, or request additional details about our policy and practices with their Personal Information/data, and to not be discriminated against for exercising their CCPA rights.

California residents may be able to exercise most of these CCPA rights through their Enclique account. If you need any further assistance, or if you have questions please contact the Enclique Team.

6. Changes to this policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. You agree to periodically visit this site to examine the then-current policy.

All amended terms will automatically become effective after they are posted on this site. By using Enclique Web Platform after such revised terms are posted, you agree to be bound by any such amended provisions.
